Krisos
Krisos is the investment arm of Corporate Rebels, structured as a €10 million private equity fund targeting succession-ready SMEs in Europe. It employs a “buy-and-transform” strategy, implementing the NER Group’s self-management operational model to dismantle hierarchies and transitioning companies to steward or employee ownership. This dual transformation aims to resolve the root causes of wealth inequality and employee disengagement by democratizing decision-making and profits.
Systemic Lenses (Impact Approach)
Ecological Not a primary lever; ecological outcomes are indirect via improved governance and operations rather than direct nature interventions.
Economic It fundamentally alters corporate structures by implementing steward-ownership and profit-sharing, ensuring wealth is redistributed to employees and mission is locked.
Social The model dismantles traditional command-and-control hierarchies, replacing them with consent-based decision-making to foster dignified, meaningful work and equality.
Narrative / Belief It aims to shift the cultural narrative of business from profit maximization to a force for good by generating tangible proof points that alternative ownership models are profitable and scalable.
